DYUR has two pathways. You can complete one or both. Completing both unlocks an alignment check between organizational policy and youth experience.
Data and privacy notice. Do not enter protected health information, personally identifying case details, or sensitive personal information into this prototype. DYUR assessment responses are intended for reflection, design testing, and organizational learning. A production version would require formal consent language, data governance protocols, secure storage, and review of privacy protections.
For organizations

For organizations, providers, schools, shelters, programs, and youth-serving systems. 25 items, scored 0 to 3, producing an Org Index on a 0 to 3 scale.
For young people
Youth Experience Index
For youth and young adults reflecting on whether rights are experienced in practice. 20 items, scored 0 to 3, producing a Youth Experience Index on a 0 to 3 scale.
